Products

  •  How does a ScreenItAgain window screen compare to other online custom screen products?

All ScreenItAgain window screens are manufactured by HomeShield, the industry leader in screen manufacturing. We manufacture hundreds of thousands of screens each year for some of the nation's leading window manufacturers.

  •  How can I be sure that I've measured correctly for my screen?

Our Measuring Guides provide step-by-step instructions on how to measure for a window screen. Measure at multiple points on your window frame and double check all of your readings before ordering.

  •  I need replacement screens for several windows that appear to be the same size. Can I provide one set of measurements for multiple screens?

ScreenItAgain strongly recommends you take individual measurements for each window. Windows that look like the same may actually be slightly different in size. If you don't measure each individual opening, the screens you order may not fit properly.

  •  How close will the screen be to the measurements I provided?

ScreenItAgain screens are manufactured to ±1/16" tolerance.

  •  I'm buying a screen for a window that has never been screened. How do I decide on the frame and the mesh?

Each frame profile and mesh type has unique attributes that may benefit you. Please review our Product Overviews section for detailed information.

  •  I need a screen for a round window. Does ScreenItAgain sell for that type of window?

Yes. We can create a screen for a circle, oval, half circle, octagon and more. These cannot be 100% configured through the website, but we can custom engineer a product for your window. See the Engineered Screens page for more details.

  •  How are your products shipped?

All products are shipped via FedEx and carefully packaged in custom corrugated cardboard packaging. ScreenItAgain packaging is certified by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA).

  •  How long does it take to receive my screen?

Window screens are typically manufactured within 3 business days of the order date. Shipping times vary based on your selection during checkout.

  •  Can I return my screen if I don't like it?

ScreenItAgain window screens are custom made for you and we can only accept returns related to manufacturing or delivery problems. Please see the Returns Policy page for full details.

  •  Why does your Measuring Guide ask me to measure the size of my window lock when measuring for an interior grille?

If the the position of your window lock(s) conflict with the design of your grille, we need to adjust the length of the grille bar(s) to allow for the lock(s).

  •  How do I know which type of fastening method will be best for the grilles I am ordering?

The type fastener you choose is based on several factors, including whether or not you want to remove your grilles when cleaning the windows. See our Product Overviews for more details on different options for fastening your grilles.

  •  Why would I order my grilles in kit form when I can have them shipped pre-assembled?

An assembly fee is built into the cost of grilles we assemble at our manufacturing facility. Also, the shipping fee is higher on assembled grilles compared with grille kits. So you can save a little money on your project if you put your grilles together yourself.
